Head of Digital

Neon Search have partnered with a well known lifestyle brand who are looking for an experienced Digital Growth Manager/Head of Digital to join their marketing division. You will play a fundamental role in defining, driving, executing and optimising their digital growth plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the paid digital direct response acquisition activity for the business’s Digital
  • Products and drive new sign-ups and conversion via paid social, search, email, web, PPC, and digital content.
  • Manage budget and bidding strategies to maximise efficiency of digital channels.
  • Develop & implement an engagement and acquisition strategy for digital and Ecommerce to drive sales growth for the business across social, web and app.
  • Define best practices for tracking, reporting, automation, attribution.
  • Lead on setting digital measurement targets on volumes, CPA, ROI targets and OKRs.
  • Manage costs across all digital channels

  • Passionate and highly knowledgeable about digital acquisition, you’ll be well versed in devising and implementing strategies to acquire leads and convert them into customers.

  • Analytical and data savvy, you’ll have strong knowledge and hands on experience of Paid
  • social and PPC advertising tools
