How different was your life 1 year ago?
Oh, my goodness it could not have been more different. I was in New York celebrating my birthday & the fact we had just found out I was 6 weeks pregnant with our first baby. I remember feeling excited, nervous but so unbelievably happy for the year ahead….
What lifestyle change have you been meaning to make for a while now?
Practice yoga & Pilates. I am super high energy and rarely take any down time, to be honest life is always full on for me!!! I want to take some time to relax my mind & have promised myself that 2021 is the year I do it…. We will see how that works out while building a new business!
What is the last adventure you went on?
Travel is a HUGE part of my life. I absolutely love seeing the world and experiencing new cultures. This year that has been a little difficult. Motherhood and launching a business are 2 of the most exciting things I could wish for and something tells me they will be the best adventures I will ever take.

What is your experience in recruiting?
Over 10 years within the Retail, Fashion & Lifestyle sector. I started my career specialising in Buying & Merchandising & from here it grew quite organically. A huge part of my experience has been launching new divisions & growing teams internationally, allowing me to focus on senior leadership placements.
Why are you excited about Neon?
Quite simply because we are building a dream. Hannah & I share the same vision & values, we both want to be an extension of the businesses who choose to work with us. I feel excited, I feel passionate and I genuinely believe we are bringing something fresh and much needed to the senior omni-channel recruitment market.

How different was your life 1 year ago?
Completely Different! I was commuting to London from Brighton 4 days a week, with long days, topped off with racing around doing nursery drop offs and pick-ups for my twins!
I was in a great job, but its primary objective was ensuring the teams I ran were happy, focused and producing results.
It is amazing to know now, that in starting my own business, I can have total flexibility and focus purely on my own goals and happiness.
What lifestyle change have you been meaning to make for a while now?
I love swimming and have missed it greatly due to lockdown restrictions. So, this year I decided; “This is madness – you live by the sea – you should just swim in it! “
I took the plunge and had my 1st sea dip on January 10th – it was 4 degrees! The best lifestyle change I have made so far this year, it was freezing but amazing!
What is the last adventure you went on?
I LOVE to travel -that has been tricky of late… so to make life more interesting and quench my thirst for an adventure I hired a classic VW Campervan for the weekend and drove up and down the Sussex coast, stopping at the best views to cook sausages on the tiny stove and serve up mugs of hot chocolate for my boys! It was a wonderful weekend and a great mini adventure.
What do you value?
Honesty, Loyalty and A Desire to Work Hard to Achieve Success. Simple Things. I look for these in all my relationships be it personal or professional. At Neon, we want to partner businesses that share our values.
What is your experience in recruiting?
Lots! 17 years now, always working in the Marketing then Digital sector (right back when Ecommerce 1st landed!) Recruiting Senior roles across the fashion / retail / lifestyle / creative world.
Why are you excited about Neon?
