Neon Search are partnered with a successful, fun & entrepreneurial business to recruit a Head of Marketing to work across bricks and mortar, e-commerce, partnerships, corporates, marketplaces and affiliates. Based in London you will collaborate closely with the founder & leadership team and to write, plan and execute the marketing strategy for the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering growth through all channels, owned, paid and earned.
- Lead and execute the e-commerce growth strategy. Accountable for revenues, customer acquisition and retention targets, and the associated performance marketing budgets.
- Optimising channel communications across all brand and marketing executions.
- Report regularly on performance, build budgets and find ways to grow which meet our financial objectives.
- Propose the messaging and trading strategy, in line with a comprehensive approach across channels.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure coherent execution and optimal sell-throughs.
- Creating and managing a robust agency and freelancer roster to support across all brand & marketing needs.
- Report back to the business on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns using predetermined KPIs, providing actionable insights and adjusting plans accordingly based on performance
Who are you?
- Experience across a range of marketing disciplines (social, PR, CRM, digital, brand)
- Clear knowledge of paid digital marketing and UX
- Can demonstrate leading effective creative executions across a number of marketing assets
- Initiative-taking, self-starter with a drive for results
- Exposure to leading and working with agencies across digital, brand and photography
- Enjoys and has experience of a start up feel environment and pace
