People & Culture Advisor

Neon Search are partnered exclusively with a Global luxury brand in search of a People & Culture advisor for their Central London Head Office.

As the people & culture advisor you will provide pragmatic and business focused solutions and recommendations. The role will support all areas of HR including recruitment, ensuring compliance of employment procedures, policies and employment legislation for both retail & head office.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with employee relations advice for all employees and managers, providing comprehensive advice in line with current legislation, best practice and Company policies and procedures.
  • Set up and establish people and culture as a function for the international factories
  • Build relationships with managers and employees to understand their ways of working and to implement best practices.
  • Review training needs identified in performance reviews. Identify priorities for training programmes with Managers and work with the People and Culture Assistant to coordinate external L&D activity.
  • Coach and support line managers to manage performance issues to a positive conclusion, ensuring the correct process is followed.
  • Support the L&D Manager in delivering training needs, including translation of material where necessary.
  • Drive the operational side of the business for excellence with innovative ideas and suggestions

Who are you?

  • Fluent in Italian is ESSENTIAL – both verbal & written
  • Have understanding and experience in several HR disciplines across ER, talent development & succession, recruitment, managing change & culture, L&D, reward, recognition, and OD.
  • Experience in delivering internal trainings.
  • Exceptional knowledge of MS Office products
  • Ability to effectively work on multiple tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and deliver under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Italian employment law.
